The construction process of artificial turf in football field

1.Measure and mark area where turf will be installed.
2.Remove present grass and landscaping materials. 
3.Remove sprinkler heads and close off sprinkler system. 
4.Use a vibrating plate compactor or water roller to compact the ground under your synthetic turf. 
5.The detail of work progress. Gumming: Requires brushing the surface with a coating machine in uniform thickness, do not repeat too many times,or that will be blistering and peeling. Use glue applicator on the backing and strictly control the thickness of the glue. Pay attention to the appropriate speed Gumming, glue should be applied respectively on both sides of the bonded contact surface.
6.Construction attentions: adhesive glue may not be exposed too much time, had taken over due to solvent evaporation will stick to the construction.
7. When pave quartz sand and rubber particles, should use broadcast sower . Quartz sand required roundness by more than 80%, the circular diameter of quartz sand is 0.2-1.5mm.
8.Water and Brush. Using a hose, water down the turf and brush with a stiff broom. A rake can also be used to get the 
turf to stand up by pushing the rake, instead of pulling.When the turf is standing up, and the infill is leveled out, CONGRATULATIONS, YOU ARE DONE!

Basic Care Tips for Artificial Turf

Maintaining your Synthetic Turf products is simple and easy. Just follow these tips to ensure your lawn stays retains it beauty long after installation. 
Pets:Pick up pet droppings as you normally would on any other surface. Use water to rinse the turf for any remaining particles and urine to keep your turf looking great. Do not power wash feces into turf as it will be harder to get out of the fibers. You may use products that have enzymes to control odors. 
Leaves/Litter/Soil: Aplay Turf is easy to clean, just use a blower to clean up leaves etc, pick up solids such as pet droppings, in case of odors, use soap and water, brush with broom and then spray off with water. 
Odors: If for any reason you have odors in your turf, use a few drops of dish soap per gallon of water and scrub the affected area and then rinse with water. Do not use other cleansers such as bleach or any item with alcohol as they will destroy your turf. Make sure you rinse thoroughly to avoid dulling the blades. 
Stationary Items/High Traffic Areas:Your turf will flatten if items are left on it but just rake against the grain to fluff it up once again.Sweep the turf against its grain to fluff it up.
